Walt Disney World “Festival of Fantasy” Costumes and Floats Revealed

This March, guests of the Walt Disney World will get to feast their eyes on some of the most elaborate costumes and floats ever to grace the Magic Kingdom.

The “Festival of Fantasy” parade takes costume design to a whole new level by adding a classic spin to classic characters from the Disney and Pixar universe.

Designer Mirena Rada has waived her magic wand for Disney before but this will be the first time she’s worked for Walt Disney World in Florida.

Rada said:

This was a personal first and it turned out to be a very different experience from other projects. Everything here at Magic Kingdom is done on a considerably bigger scale and the resources are aplenty. I took every opportunity to avail myself of these specialties.

The costumes and floats in this parade look absolutely exquisite. We are hoping to make the trek out from California to check this out at some point during the year.
